Delete your Reality Registry account.

You can request deletion at any time. This page explains exactly what we delete, what we can't, and how to ask.

How to request deletion

Email info@realityregistry.com from the address you used to sign in to the app, with the word delete in the subject line so we can find it quickly.

We process the request within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account record — the identifier linking your Google account to your registrations.
• Your subscription record: tier and billing status.
• The link between your account and anything you registered, so a later search can't tie those registrations back to you.
• The watermarked copies of your media held on our servers, if you haven't already shared them publicly.

What we cannot delete

Every registration writes a cryptographic Merkle root to the Polygon public blockchain. That chain is permanent, public, and run by an open network — no single party can remove an entry, us included. These survive account deletion:

• The Merkle root and lookup key written on chain.
• The pseudonymous transaction record showing that something was registered.
